My name is Graham dePenros. For over 35 years, I have grown to help founders and high-growth ventures turn emerging technology, now AI, into profit; my ideal is that AI, in all its deployments, should be explainable, ethical, and fast. I assist my clients in launching new lines of business, rebooting legacy operations, scaling responsibly, and winning markets.

I have had three successful exits and career sales of over US$400M. I have received recognition from Gartner Peer Insights vendor Onalytica as No. 16 among the 100 most influential brands and influencers in cybersecurity globally (2016), as well as recognition from IBM. I was also a VIP guest of IBM at IBM Think Las Vegas in 2017 and 2018.

My work lives where AI research and AI ethics, AI cybersecurity, cognition and perception, and decentralised architectures meet. I have spent a career working in and advising startups and small to global enterprises, with a focus on strategic thinking, mobilisation, execution, operations, and defending against bad actors, rogue systems, and ensuring quality and not sloppy engineering from vendors and partners.

I focus on turning responsible AI into a competitive edge: boosting profitability, slashing inefficiency, and unlocking R&D speed for my SMB and enterprise clients.

Beyond strategy, I write and speak on GenAI Ethics, Neuro-Ethics, and cognitive sovereignty, championing auditable personalisation and human autonomy in a world of memory-driven AI.
